The 2020-2021 Mildred McDaniel Concert Series

December 14, 2020 UPDATE

MMCS remains committed to quality music and recognizes the importance of music in education, mental wellness, entertainment and especially community healing during the COVID-19 crisis.

It is with great concern for everyone’s safety that MMCS will delay the 2020/2021 Concert Series due to COVID-19.  However, the series is currently on track to run from February through June 2021.  Performing artists have adjusted their schedules for 2021 and are excited to participate in the series.

Performances will be a little bit different from our usual setup.  Our intent is to celebrate the arts in a safe and responsible manner.  The Concert Series will follow guidelines set by the Commonwealth of Virginia, our healthcare professionals as well as the policies of Reformation Lutheran Church and Childcare, Virginia Synod, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).

Seating may be limited for each concert. More on this aspect will be discussed later.

Please check back on January 14, 2021 for the next update.

As always, patrons can continue to support the series through mail-in contributions.  Mail to:
