The James River Brass Woodwind Ensemble is a small group of 12 to 15 players who play music in the style of large concert bands. The ensemble especially likes to perform music from the Boston Pops Concerts.  Small but powerful, the James River Brass Woodwind Ensemble performs marches, patriotic, light classical, movie themes/broadway music, folk and pop.   

This concert on Armed Forces Day – weather permitting – is on the back lawn of Reformation featuring patriotic and popular music. Picnic Boxes prepared by Encore: A Catering Service, are available by pre-ordering.  Also, water and soft drinks will be available for purchase. Bring your lawn chairs and/or blankets to enjoy an afternoon of music outside under the shade of the trees.

The concert is open to the public and a free-will offering will be received.
